Attorney Kent W. Keating has provided legal services to individuals, families and businesses primarily in the legal areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Business Transactional Matters and Business Succession Planning and Asset Protection since 1986.
Kent received a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine School of Law in 1985.
Kent has lived in the beautiful Conejo Valley with his wife Jill for most of his life and enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, biking, tennis, golf and basketball.
Kent's main focus of practice is estate planning, trusts and business transactional matters.
Kent also frequently represents business owners and professionals in creating limited liability entities such as corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. Keating also frequently assists clients drafting business contracts of all kinds and with business and personal liability issues.
Kent also represents clients in creating simple and complex estate plans including irrevocable trusts, revocable living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney for finances and health care directives.
